Our head office is critical because it is the central location for all business operations. Key decisions are made here, strategic planning takes place, and important functions such as marketing and human resources are coordinated from our head office. Also, our head office ensures that our products and services are of the highest standards and meet or exceed customer expectations.
Having a centralized location for all business activities allows us to achieve consistency in our branding, marketing messages, and product quality across all its branches. As a result, customers have a positive experience at every Naivas store they visit.
The central bakery and butchery provide high-quality baked goods and meat products to all the branches of Naivas. This ensures that customers get consistent quality and taste in all the products they purchase.
The bakery produces a wide variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. The butchery products include fresh cuts of meat, pre-packed and frozen, including beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and fish.

Still in the pipeline is our Naivas Kakamega and Naivas Mwanzi road, which we will launch in end of November.
With our new stores, our branch network nationwide will rise to 102 as we continue offering quality services.
