Willing customers can join Naivas Kikao and shape their shopping experience by making their voices heard! Customers are expected to sign up via the link provided, which can be direct or scanned using a QR code. Once found eligible for participation, they are sent surveys.

Customers can participate in studies that speak to their interests at a time convenient for them. Customers willing to participate should ensure they are honest and answer all questions as requested based on their actual shopping or consumption behaviour.
