The Naivas Loyalty program is a customer reward system where registered cardholders accumulate points for every purchase made worth KES 100 and above. The points can be redeemed for the purchase of any products at any Naivas stores countrywide. The more you shop the more points you accumulate.

How do you become a registered cardholder?

To be part of our loyalty program, visit any Naivas branch country-wide and get registered. All we need is your ID and phone number to get you onboarded. Registration only takes a few minutes. You can even register for the Naivas loyalty program on your next shopping visit to our stores and start accumulating points.

How do you check your point balance?

Accumulate and redeem loyalty points at any Naivas Supermarket

To check your points, kindly check the bottom of your latest purchase receipt or visit the customer care desk of any of our branches with your original ID. They shall advise you on the number of points you have accumulated.

Points are captured automatically when you pay with MPesa. If you pay via card or cash, the cashier shall ask for the mobile number you registered with to capture your points.

Common queries about the Naivas Card and Naivas Loyalty Program

Cards can be issued at any Naivas store. You will need to provide your national ID or passport and a valid phone number for activation.

You earn one point for every KES 100 spent on purchases nationwide at any of our stores. Points are captured automatically when you pay with MPesa.

Worry not. You can register for the Naivas Loyalty Program online by visiting www.naivas.co.ke and filling out the loyalty registration form.

Points are captured automatically when you pay with MPesa. If you pay via card or cash, the cashier shall ask for the mobile number you registered with to capture your points.

It happens when you use your points to buy a product, and the purchase fails. Your points automatically get reversed back to your account. If this persists, kindly contact us through any of our customer care desks. They shall advise accordingly.

Your card points are automatically captured at the checkout when you pay with MPesa. The cashier shall ask for the mobile number to register your loyalty account if you pay via card or cash.

Points will accumulate when you shop online and pay through our website.

You can use cards to purchase any products available in our stores. Points can also be used for redemption of special offers at select branches.

Points are non-cashable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Points only accumulate towards the purchase of products from Naivas Supermarkets.

If your card is lost, it can be blocked and replaced at any of our customer care desks by simply providing your national ID or passport. Cards are free to replace, and the points will remain in the account.

At the moment, no. Loyalty cards are only valid in Kenya. Any transactions made outside the country will not accumulate points.

Cards accumulate points automatically; therefore, there will be no need to claim points after purchase. However, if you feel that your points are not captured correctly, kindly contact our customer care desk or visit any of our branches with your original ID and your purchase receipt. They shall advise accordingly.

You can check your loyalty balance from your registered email, SMS, or any of our customer care desks in-store. You can also visit our website, www.naivas.co.ke, to view your balance.

Unfortunately, loyalty points are non-transferable and can only be used by the original cardholder. Points cannot be transferred from one customer to another.

You can redeem loyalty points throughout the year on all days except public holidays and special occasions. 

Points can be redeemed at any Naivas supermarket countrywide when purchasing goods worth KES 100 or more and multiples of KES 100 after that. ​

You should also note that loyalty points are valid for 5 years only, after which they expire.

Accumulated loyalty points are valid for five years. After this time, they will expire, and you cannot reclaim them. You can redeem your points as often as possible during the correct redemption period.
